non-uniform days
New for 2026!
Winter can be dreary. Most of us tuck our cars away at this time of year until the worst of the weather passes, but if you're like us, you miss drive outs, the company of others, and sharing experiences on these shorter days.
Road Stories Non-Uniform Days are the perfect winter antidote.
Bring out your daily driver for a day trip out - and enjoy the car enthusiast's equivalent to a End of Term Non-Uniform day
We start at a pre-arranged meeting point, with breakfast, lunch or a snack stop included in your trip price. The trip will include a guided route, to a destination with a difference.
Chase off the winter blues before the car season begins again!
**Absolutely no judgement cast on the daily drivers brought**

Saturday 28 February 2026
Our second non-uniform day, for winter wagons, daily drivers, or your year round pride & joy.
Enjoy a breakfast meet-up, explore the “Hidden Secret” that is Lincolnshire, and end the trip with a late lunch private dining experience as a group.
It’s a day of hidden gems; We start the day to the east of Newark, just south of Lincoln, with breakfast rolls and coffee before exploring the quiet, unspoilt roads flowing gracefully through the picturesque beauty of the Lincolnshire Wolds. We’ll travel ancient ridgeways that follow the crest of the hills, offering spectacular, sweeping vistas — keep an eye out for Lincoln Cathedral standing proud on the distant skyline. It’s an effortless, but engaging drive, leading to the north edge of the wolds, where we’ll finish up with a special 3 course private dining experience created by an award winning local chef. A trip not to be missed!
£80 per person, including breakfast, 3 course private dining experience, and guided route.
Max 16 people.
